The state-owned Swedish-Danish Bridge Association, SVEDAB AB, owns half of the Öresund Bridge Consortium (Øresundsbro Konsortiet) together with its Danish counterpart A/S Øresund. The consortium is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the bridge that connects Sweden with Denmark.
The 2019 concept BY THE WAY, a green project and an investment for the next generation, was developed to highlight Svedab’s commitment to the environment. It has planted some 300,000 trees, shrubs and other plants around the bridge to help absorb greenhouse gases and capture harmful particles as well as to add to its visual appeal.
We were responsible for the concept, design and production of the annual and interim reports, as well as the sustainability report.
