Creating customer value
The Tetra Laval Group has over 33 000 employees and consists of the three global industry groups: Tetra Pak, DeLaval and Sidel, and they are active in the packaging and food industry.
Bysteds mission has since 13 years been to compile the three industrial groups’ activities in the Tetra Laval Group’s annual group presentation in close cooperation with CJW Advice.
The consolidated presentation is in English and is held together by an overarching theme, making the communication more coherent and focused.
This year’s theme, “Creating Customer Value”, focuses on the importance of always offering customers more than products. Always build value and be a long-term, proactive partner to our customers.
